We have our own structural engineers in-house and provide the engineering required for the building authority as part of the package. You don’t need an external structural engineer.

No. We are happy to work from your architect’s plans and add the structural design. Where there is still room for improvement in material, cost and effort, we gladly suggest ways to make it more efficient.

Our engineering is part of the quotation or contract, but is shown transparently as a separate item. So you can see exactly what the engineering costs.
